ABOUT
Legal adviser and founder of Justena Law
I founded Justena Law in 2025 after eleven years of legal work and research in six countries on three continents. That path taught me how differently legal systems treat the same problem, and how hard it is to find your way in a system that is not your own.
I advise on administrative law, immigration and nationality, employment, contracts and tenancy, corporate and commercial law and EU law, often in matters that cross borders. I have advised public bodies, universities, companies and individuals, and I represent clients in objection and appeal procedures, before the administrative courts and before the subdistrict court.
Before founding Justena Law, I spent more than five years as a legal researcher at universities in the Netherlands and Belgium, working on labour migration, free movement and the trade agreements of the European Union.
