You know before any work starts how it will be charged.
HOURLY RATE 2026

Excluding VAT (€199.65 including 21% VAT)
First consultation
Up to 60 minutes at the hourly rate, paid in advance. If you instruct us in the same matter within 14 days, the amount can be credited against the first invoice (articles 5.1 to 5.3 of our general terms).
Fixed fees
For clearly defined work, such as reviewing a contract or drafting an objection, we can agree a fixed fee. Below €1,000 it is paid in advance; from €1,000, half in advance and the rest before the final work is delivered (articles 5.4 to 5.6).
Reduced rate
For clients with limited means, including students, a reduced rate is possible after an individual assessment (articles 4.5 and 4.6).
Other costs and payment
Court fees and the costs of bailiffs, translators and experts are charged separately (article 4.4). Invoices are payable within 14 days (article 6.1).
Legal aid
If your income is low, you may qualify for state-funded legal aid through an attorney. We do not work under that scheme, but we will tell you when the route may be open to you.
